A lot has been said and written about the various
roles of people leading teams and companies. This workshop looks
at this role in its threefold capacity, ie leader, manager and coach.
It analyses the profiles of the different managers in order to build
on their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses. The program takes
the participants through the full process of coaching, including
tools for the identification of performance gaps through to the
action plan in order to close them. Anybody who is responsible for
even one person should attend this program.
