- Acquiring of the EZ Training programs and using them in-house with
the full support of The EZ Training Workshop.
Our method of working with you is the following:
- We will first have an initial meeting with you to determine the way
that training can be linked to your company’s needs.
- We will then present you with the training systems that we recommend
for your company.
- You will assess their suitability and we will together make any necessary
amendments and additions to completely fit in with your company’s
philosophy, products and services.
- During this process we also meet with members of the groups that
will be trained, in order to fully adapt our programs to their needs.
- You will decide whether you want to use our trainers or whether you
would like to acquire the training systems to use them in-house.
- If you decide that you will acquire the systems, we will select a
pool of people that can run the training programmes from within your
company. The benefits of this approach are immense and will be analysed
during our meetings.
- Through a structured approach, these people are trained and supported
by us, so that training becomes an integrated procedure of your company.
- Training results are analysed with you and the materials and courses
are constantly being updated, depending on the desired outcomes.
